Learning Free-For-All

What are you doing this weekend?  On Saturday, October 12th, Columbus State is providing a Columbus State Day event available to students and families and it is all free.

There have been so many times in the past when students have come in after making college visits excited about all of the different classes that are offered at the college level that they are interested in taking in addition to the major.  Unfortunately, a lot of those same students end up going through their college years without ever ending up being able to take classes in areas of interest.  By participating in this day you will have the chance to explore more than 80 classes and presentations for every age and interest.  It will give you a glimpse of college opportunities and be fun too.

Classes are taught by faculty and staff experts at Columbus State.
Free 45-minute classes
Free “how-to” presentations
Free demos—many for children
Free health screenings
Free brain-bending activities
