Over the weekend I had a student ask about what to expect in an interview and although it is a bit late for me to just now be posting some additional information related to interviews from a college admissions interview perspective, it is still helpful for students who might need to participate in interviews for scholarships.My best suggestion if you are preparing for an interview is to be yourself! Allow the interviewer to have the opportunity to get to know you - what interests you, excites you and makes you a special and unique person. Having confidence in yourself is important for helping the interviewer to see why you are the ideal person for their college or for their scholarship.
