Athletics are a major aspect in the lives of many high
school students. When sports are so much
a part of your identity it can be hard to imagine never playing the sport(s)
you love again in the future. Luckily, you

to embrace your passions and build upon your hobbies as they help bring balance
to your life and that will help to reduce your stress.
