Seniors News you can Use

Seniors, this past week held multiple updates that might be very interesting for you...

1. Cap and Gown orders: Buckeye Scholastic, the company who you will use to order your cap & gown, has a 35% discount on all caps, gowns, & tassels ordered by this coming Saturday, October 15th.  Here is the link to place your order: https://buckeyescholastic.com/worthingtonkilbourne/

2. Kent State University: The admissions office at Kent State alerted us to the fact that for the month of October they will be waiving all application fees.  So you can apply for free using either the Kent State specific application or Common Application.  If they were on your list of targeted colleges, this is a great reason to get your application done and turned in this month!

3. Wittenberg University: They have announced a new tuition-free opportunity for those with significant financial need.  This is yet another reminder that just because the sticker price of private colleges is much higher than public colleges, you don't know what the end cost will be until you see what they are able to provide from a financial aid perspective.  You can read about this new tuition-free opportunity on their website: https://www.wittenberg.edu/news/10-7-22/tiger-opportunity-grant

I hope everyone who attended the Columbus Suburban College Fair today had a great time meeting with all different admissions representatives.  I'm looking forward to hearing which colleges sparked your interest!
